Michel was helpful and did a great job. When I described the problem with my oven on the phone he told me what it most likely was and how much that would cost to repair. He arrived when he said he would the following day (and was very open with my schedule to make it convenient for me) and fixed the issue. He also gave me some tips both for the oven and our other appliances. His fees were also very reasonable.

We’ve called this guy a few times for our clothes washer and dishwasher. He’s responsive, meaning he’ll tell you he can be at your house in an hour and he shows up 60 minutes later! He’s nice, he’s honest and he fixes your stuff on the spot. He won’t try to sell you some extended warranty or other nonsense. He just shows up, fixes your appliance, and charges less that what “name brand” services charge. Its nice to do business with a local guy who takes care of his customers. I called Michel for help with my washing machine today. he called back within a couple of minutes. What shocked me was that he proceeded to talk me through what turned out to be a fairly simple repair. Obviously, he could have come out and charged for a service call rather than give his advice away for free! I’m sure that I will run into an appliance problem that I can’t fix sometime and I won’t hesitate to call Michael. Service technicians tout their honesty and trustworthiness all the time, but it nice to find someone who proves it !

I can’t recommend Michel highly enough. We had a broken washer and dishwasher. Not only did he quickly repair both at a reasonable price, but he provided a quick inspection of our other appliances and provided recommendations on how to maintain them and prolong their life. He’s a very friendly guy, extremely honest, and eager to help and get your appliances up and running. If you need an appliance repaired, call Michel! Oh, and did I mention he followed up with a call a few days after the repairs to make sure everything was working properly? The best!
